储罐罐底防腐技术应用策略

Application Strategy of Tank Bottom Anticorrosion Technology

在储罐腐蚀中,罐底的腐蚀率约为80%,在这些腐蚀情况中,边缘底层腐蚀率约占60%。为了保证储罐应用周期延长与运行更安全,针对储罐罐底边缘板而言,需加强选择经济可靠的防腐方法非常重要。本文就罐底边缘板采用精蜡带防腐的现状进行了分析,对罐底的防腐技术进行了论述,提出了金属储罐的管理建议。

In tank corrosion,the corrosion rate of tank bottom is about 80%.In these corrosion cases,the corrosion rate of edge bottom layer accounts for about 60%.In order to prolong the application period and ensure the safe operation of the storage tank,it is very important to strengthen the selection of economic and reliable anti-corrosion methods for the edge plate at the bottom of the storage tank.In this paper,the present situation of using fine wax belt for anticorrosion of tank bottom edge plate is analyzed,the anticorrosion technology of tank bottom is discussed,and the management suggestions of metal storage tank are put forward.
