Internal Corrosion and Internal Anti-corrosion Technology of Oil and Gas Gathering and Transmission Pipeline

油田集输管道安全运行效果在一定程度上会对我国石油天然气行业发展产生至关重要的影响。结合以往的经验来看,如果油田集输管道运行期间出现内腐蚀或者其他危险问题,容易引发一系列跑油、冒油以及漏油等问题。近些年来,为加强对油田集输管道内腐蚀问题的控制管理,相关工作人员主动采取科学合理的防腐技术,切实增强油田集输管道防腐性能。对此,本文主要对油田集输管道内腐蚀问题以及内防腐技术应用问题进行总结归纳。

The safe operation effect of oil field gathering and transmission pipeline will have a crucial impact on the development of China’s oil and gas industry to a certain extent.Combined with previous experience,if internal corrosion or other dangerous problems occur during the operation of oil field gathering and transmission pipeline,it is easy to cause a series of problems such as oil leakage,oil emission and oil leakage.In recent years,in order to strengthen the control and management of corrosion problems in oil field gathering and transmission pipelines,relevant staff have taken the initiative to adopt scientific and reasonable anti-corrosion technology to effectively enhance the anti-corrosion performance of oil field gathering and transmission pipelines.In this regard,this paper mainly summarizes the internal corrosion of oil field gathering and transmission pipeline and the application of internal anti-corrosion technology.
