摘要
硫磺装置属于环保型及效益型装置,主要是将各装置无法处理和利用的酸性气(主要是H_(2)S气,属高度危害介质)转化成硫磺,使排空的气体达到环保要求,并生产硫磺产品。制硫燃烧炉是硫磺装置的关键设备,它是将H_(2)S燃烧反应成SO_(2)、S等,达到后续工艺的要求,因此制硫燃烧炉制硫炉喷火嘴是硫磺回收装置的主要部件之一,由于燃烧反应后,炉膛温度高,1300C°左右。2022年5月公用工程硫磺装置燃烧炉更换检修施工中发现的喷火嘴裂纹缺陷,其焊接修复技术性能的优劣,对制硫燃烧炉的能耗、环保和长期安全、稳定运转有着直接影响。
Sulfur device belongs to the environmental protection and benefit of the device,mainly the device can not handle and utilize the acid gas(mainly H_(2)S gas,is a highly hazardous medium)into sulfur,so that the exhaust gas to meet environmental protection requirements,and the production of sulfur products.Sulfur combustion furnace is the key equipment of sulfur device,it is the H_(2)S combustion reaction into SO_(2),S,etc.,to meet the requirements of the follow-up process,so the sulfur combustion furnace sulfur furnace nozzle is one of the main components of the sulfur recovery device,due to the combustion reaction,the furnace temperature is high,about 1300C°.In May 2022,the crack defects in the flamethrower found during the replacement and maintenance of the combustion furnace of the public works sulfur device,and the advantages and disadvantages of its welding repair technology,have a direct impact on the energy consumption,environmental protection and long-term safe and stable operation of the sulfur combustion furnace.
