跨境基础设施演变中的制度与意象--以皇岗口岸区域为例(1978-2022)

Regulation and Vision in the Evolving Cross-border Infrastructure:A Case Study of Huanggang Port Area(1978-2022)

基础设施是驱动跨境枢纽形态变迁的主要引擎,而源起于近代“九龙关”的深港口岸见证了近现代粤港边界景观的变迁。位于深港边界中段的皇岗口岸是深圳城市化依点(口岸)、依线(干线)、依体(合作区)渐进演变的代表范例。在中国粤港澳大湾区与香港北部都会区的建设计划的共同推动下,皇岗-落马洲成为深港融合发展的先行地区。皇岗-落马洲跨境区域建成环境的变迁既浓缩了当代口岸规划设计理念的次第演进,也能借以窥视口岸作为特殊基础设施的空间基因。

Infrastructure is the main engine driving the morphological changes in cross-border transit hubs.The Shenzhen-Hong Kong port,which originated from the"Kowloon Customs"in early modern times,witnessed the changes of border landscape between Guangdong and Hong Kong.Huanggang Port is a representative example of the evolutionary model of urbanization in Shenzhen according to point(port),line(transit)and volume(cooperation zone).With the mutual promotion of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Northern Metropolis,Huanggang-Lok Ma Chau has become the pioneering land for the integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.The change of the built environment of Huanggang-Lok Ma Chau cross-border area not only represents the continuous evolution of the port planning concept in different times in the history of“Reform and Opening up”,but also provides a glimpse at the spatial genes of the port as a special infrastructure.
