摘要
在轨道交通规划建设引导城市发展的背景下,轨道交通与市政道路、市政桥梁、市政隧道、市政管线、城市公园等多种类型公共设施耦合形成的新型基础设施成为行业发展的新形态。面对高质量城市发展的新需求,本文在项目实践的基础上,对新型基础设施的规划设计策略、方法进行探索。提出了“交通一体化,城市效益最大化,设计一体化”的规划设计方法,核心目标是城市公共价值最大化。经过项目实践和同类型项目的践行,该方法能够有效解决新型基础设施建设的需求,助推城市高质量发展。
Under the background of rail transit planning and construction guiding urban development,the new infrastructure formed by the coupling of rail transit with various types of public facilities such as municipal roads,municipal bridges,municipal tunnels,municipal pipelines,and urban parks has become a new form of industry development.Faced with the new needs of high-quality urban development,this paper explores the planning and design strategies and methods of new infrastructure on the basis of project practice.The planning and design method of"transportation integration,urban benefit maximization,and design integration"is proposed,and the core goal is to maximize the public value of the city.Through project practice and the practice of similar projects,this method can effectively solve the needs of new infrastructure construction and promote the high-quality development of cities.
