摘要
基于天津市高职院校教师准入制度的现状,认为高职院校教师准入制度存在准入标准门槛较低、资格认证流程不完善、师资选聘效能低等问题。为此应统一并细化准入标准,提高准入门槛,规范教师资格认证程序,关注职教特性,严格规定选聘资格,以确保教师选聘的公平性和质量。
Based on the current situation of the teacher access system of Tianjin higher vocational colleges,it is believed that the teacher access system of higher vocational colleges has problems such as low entry standard threshold,imperfect qualification certification process,and low teacher selection and recruitment efficiency.In this regard,it is necessary to unify and refine the access standards,raise the entry threshold,standardize the teacher qualification certification procedures,pay attention to the characteristics of vocational education,and strictly stipulate the selection and employment qualifications to ensure the fairness and quality of teacher selection.
