摘要
分析现场应用效果可知,钻进过程中水基钻井液密度、API失水量、润滑性基本稳定。在使用老浆后,固相含量升高,粘度增加,性能恶化,且水基钻井液成本较高,但钻屑处理费用及前置液费用较低。该研究对水基钻井液现场应用优化具备一定的指导意义。
This study examines the field application of water-based drilling fluid in Fuling working area and finds that the fluid's density,API water loss,and lubricity remain stable during the drilling process.However,the use of aged mud leads to an increase in solid content,higher viscosity,and deteriorated performance.While the cost of water-based drilling fluid is higher,the costs of cuttings treatment and pre-pad fluid are lower.This study offers valuable guidance for optimizing the field application of water-based drilling fluid in horizontal well drilling.
