随着坪北经理部信息化建设的完善、信息化管理平台的上线,管理区人员逐渐减少,各平台管理模式也发生了改变,为进一步降低员工劳动强度,提高生产运行及技术管理效率,在采油管理二区开展深化PCS系统应用工作,让信息化真正深入到日常工作的各个角落,让数字说话、听数字指挥。

This article discusses the application of the PCS(Production Control System)in the No.2 oil production management area of the Pingbei Oilfield.The IT information construction of the Pingbei Management Department has improved,and the IT information management platform has been launched,resulting in changes to the management mode of each platform and a reduction in personnel in the management area.The aim of this project is to reduce the labor intensity of employees,improve production and technical management efficiency,and fully integrate IT information into daily work.
