摘要
地铁施工企业往往肩负光荣使命、遂行重大任务、面对重大挑战、承担重大风险。对于地铁施工人员的培训就是打造地铁“工程铁军”的重要途径。要把人力资源培训与激励机制相结合,外请专家讲座与内部经验传承相结合,课堂培训与课外培训相结合,思想培训与能力培训相结合,传统培训手段与信息化培训手段相结合,从而打造一支高素质施工人员队伍。
Subway construction enterprises bear a significant responsibility to execute major tasks,face significant challenges and take on considerable risks.The training of subway construction personnel plays a crucial role in building a high-quality construction workforce.It is essential to combine human resources training with incentive mechanisms,provide external expert lectures along with internal experience sharing,incorporate classroom training with extracurricular training,merge ideological training with ability development and integrate traditional and IT-based training methods to develop an“engineering iron army”of superior construction personnel.
