随着中国石化共享财务模式的建立和逐步完善,共享模式下的财务风险防范成为一个紧迫的问题。通过对财务风险的成因及其防范进行初步探讨,从风险源的识别、风险意识、内控制度建设、创新管理等方面进行阐述以期完善各项财务制度,降低财务风险。

The establishment and improvement of the shared financial model in Sinopec has made financial risk prevention a critical issue.This study aims to identify the sources of financial risks and explore prevention measures by promoting risk awareness,building robust internal control systems and implementing innovative management practices.By improving the financial system and reducing financial risks,we can ensure the success of the shared financial model in Sinopec.
