摘要
“1+X”证书制度是推进职业教育人才培养模式变革的一项重要制度设计,教师专业标准的实施是落实这一重要制度的基石,直接影响着高职院校复合型技术技能人才的培养质量。立足“1+X”证书制度实施的背景,通过实践调研和文献分析发现,当前高职院校教师专业标准制定工作相对滞后、专项政策文本尚未建立、专业标准内容结构不太合理。指出要基于对教师专业标准的多维认识,开展对教师专业标准的修订完善;要结合未来行业企业发展的技术能力需求,明确教师专业标准的主要内容;综合运用政策和制度“组合拳”,完善教师专业标准运行的保障机制,以有效提升高职院校教师专业标准制定实施的成效。
The“1+X”certificate system is an important institutional design to promote the reform of vocational education talent training mode.The implementation of teachers’professional standards is the cornerstone of the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system,which directly affects the training quality of compound technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Based on the background of the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system,through practical research and literature analysis,it is found that the formulation of teachers’professional standards in higher vocational colleges is relatively lagging behind,the special policy text has not been established,and the content structure of professional standards is unreasonable.In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of the formulation and implementation of professional standards for teachers in higher vocational colleges,it is pointed out that the revision and improvement of teachers’professional standards should be carried out based on the multi-dimensional understanding of teachers’professional standards,the main content of teachers’professional standards should be clarified based on the technical ability needs of future industry and enterprise development,and the guarantee mechanism should be improved for the operation of teachers’professional standards through the comprehensive use of policy and mechanism.
