工作搜寻理论视域下轨道类高职院校大学生就业能力提升研究

Research on Improving the Employability of College Students in Track Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Job-search Theory

就业是最大的民生工程。当前,大学生就业难的问题日益突出,就业形势面临风险与挑战。随着工作搜寻理论在就业劳动力市场的不断完善,为分析和研究如何提高大学生就业能力提供了新思路与新方法。借鉴工作搜寻理论,调研分析了轨道类高职院校大学生就业能力与工作搜寻之间的关系,并设计了五维就业能力模型,就轨道类高职院校如何提高大学生工作搜寻能力、减少市场摩擦、增强人职匹配等问题提出合理性对策。

Employment is the largest livelihood project.At present,the problem of difficult employment for college students is increasingly prominent and the employment situation is facing risks and challenges.With the continuous improvement of job-search theory in the employment labor market,it provides new ideas and methods for analyzing and studying how to improve the employability of college students.Based on the theory of job search,this paper investigates and analyzes the relationship between the employability and job search of college students in rail vocational colleges,designs a five-dimensional employability model,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures on how to improve the job-search ability of college students in rail vocational colleges,reduce market friction,and enhance job matching.
