基于“三全育人”视域的高职院校共青团“第二课堂”育人体系构建

The Construction of the Communist Youth League’s “Second Classroom” Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of “Sanquan Education”

中国特色社会主义新形势下坚持立德树人根本任务,实现全员、全过程、全方位“三全育人”是高等教育人才培养的重要环节。近年来,“第二课堂成绩单”制度作为高校共青团改革工作的创新举措,成为高校“三全育人”综合改革的重要内容。“第二课堂”作为深化高校青年学子思想政治教育引领与社会主义核心价值观的平台,能够对“第一课堂”进行有效补充和完善。文章立足高职院校共青团“第二课堂成绩单”制度建设,坚持立德树人导向,通过对“第二课堂”“三全育人”二者之间的逻辑关系完善,探究育人路径和体系构建,助力高职教育事业发展。

Under the new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is an important link for higher education personnel training to adhere to the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and realize the“Sanquan Education”of all staff in the whole process and all aspects.In recent years,as an innovative measure in the reform of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,the“second classroom report card”system has become an important part of the comprehensive reform of the“Sanquan Education”in colleges and universities.As a platform for deepening the guidance of ideological and political education and socialist core values of young college students,the“second classroom”can effectively supplement and improve the“first classroom”.The article is based on the construction of the Communist Youth League’s“second classroom report card”system in higher vocational colleges,adheres to the guidance of moral cultivation,and explores the path mode and system construction of education through the improvement of the logical relationship between the“second classroom”and“Sanquan Education”,so as to help the development of higher vocational education.
