“三全育人”视域下高职院校构建“大思政”育人体系的实践路径 被引量:6

The Practical Path for Higher Vocational Colleges to Construct the System of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education” from the Perspective of“Sanquan Education”

摘要 高职院校构建育人体系并不是单一的,而是一个统一体,在统一体中育人需站在全员全过程全方位的角度,紧密契合高职院校培养目标和学生特点。基于此,高职院校要在教中育,在管中育,在服中育,推进全员育人,构建“大协同”的联动育人体系;要在学生成长成才、接受教育的过程中打造育人链条,推进全过程育人,构建“全贯通”的一体化育人体系;要整合育人要素,促进校内校外密切合作、课内课外互融互通、线上线下有机融合,推进全方位育人,构建“强融合”的综合育人体系,逐步在“大协同”“全贯通”和“强融合”育人体系的构建中探索符合高职院校特色的“大思政”实践路径。 The education system of higher vocational colleges is not a single one,but a unity,in which education should adhere to the ideas from the perspective of all staff,the whole process and gamut,and closely fit the training objectives of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of the students.Based on this,higher vocational colleges should educate in the teaching,in the management and in the service,promote the education of all staff and build a system of coordinated education.In the process of students’growing up and receiving education,the education chain should be built,the whole process of education should be promoted,and an integrated education system should be constructed.It is necessary to integrate the elements of education,promote close cooperation within and outside the school,mutual integration in and out of class,organic integration of online and offline,promote all-round education,build a comprehensive education system of“strong integration”,and gradually explore the practical path of“comprehensive ideological and political education”in line with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges in the construction of the education system of great coordination,full penetration and strong integration.
