国家公园野生植物监测体系构建 ——以祁连山国家公园为例 被引量:1

摘要 野生植物监测与评估是国家公园生物多样性保护与规划管理的基础工作。祁连山国家公园是我国西部重要的生态安全屏障和生物多样性保护关键地区,对其现有野生植物资源进行监测具有十分重要的意义。文中分析现有研究存在的问题与不足,结合祁连山国家公园野生植物监测现状,采用传统监测方法与现代化智能科技手段相结合的技术,尝试构建“天空地”一体化综合监测网络体系,对其野生植物资源及相关影响因素进行连续监测与科学评估;在此基础上,构建相应的监测保障体系,即构建完备的野生植物监测管理制度、建立野生植物监测科技支撑体系、建立野生植物“天空地”一体化综合监测网络、建立野生植物监测资金保障体系、建立野生植物监测人才培养体系,以期为祁连山国家公园野生植物多样性的保护工作提供科学支撑。 Wild plant monitoring and assessment is the base for biodiversity conservation,planning and management in national parks.As an important barrier for ecological security and a key area of biodiversity conservation,it is of great significance to monitor the wild plant resources in Qilian Mountain National Park.Based on the analysis of the problems and shortcomings rising the existing research,this paper combines the traditional monitoring methods and modern intelligent technology to attempt to establish a comprehensive monitoring system of“sky-earth integration”network for ensuring continuous monitoring and scientific evaluation of the wild plant resources and related influencing factors.Based on the system,the corresponding support systems for monitoring are set up,including sound management system,technological support system,comprehensive monitoring network of“sky-earth integration”,financial support system and talent cultivation system.This study is expected to provide a scientific support for the protection of wild plant diversity in Qilian Mountain National Park.
