摘要
高锰不锈钢是高锰钢系列的重要组成部分,其利用Mn或Mn+N代替贵金属Ni,以降低不锈钢的生产成本,同时兼具优异的力学和耐蚀性能。本文介绍了高锰不锈钢的起源和发展,重点综述高锰不锈钢的化学成分、微观组织及性能特点以及其冶炼和热加工等制造技术特点,对高锰不锈钢微观组织和性能的热加工调控方法进行了总结,并介绍了高锰钢在冶炼制造过程中的关键共性技术问题。同时,探讨了未来高锰不锈钢在理论研究、工业应用、冶炼和热加工技术等方面主要的发展方向。
High manganese stainless steel is an important part of high manganese steel series,which uses Mn or Mn+N instead of noble metal Ni to reduce the production cost of stainless steel,and possesses excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance properties.The origin and development of high-manganese stainless steel was introduced in this paper,the chemical composition,microstructure and performance characteristics of high-manganese stainless steel,as well as its manufacturing technology characteristics such as smelting and thermal processing were reviewed.A summary and examples are given on the thermal processing regulation methods of high-manganese stainless steel microstructure and properties.The key common technical issues in the smelting and manufacturing process of high manganese steel are introduced.At the same time,the main development direction of high manganese stainless steel in theoretical research,industrial application,smelting and thermal processing technology in the future is discussed.
