摘要
胃癌常见的转移部位有肝脏、肺、腹膜、食管等,女性胃癌转移至生殖器官的最常见部位是卵巢,转移至其他生殖器官的很少见。本文就青岛大学附属威海市中心医院的1例胃腺癌宫颈、阴道壁转移病例进行报道,并结合文献复习胃癌生殖系统转移的相关知识。
The common metastatic sites of gastric cancer include liver,lung,peritoneum,esophagus,etc.The most common site of female gastric cancer to reproductive organs is ovary,and metastasis to other reproductive organs is rare.A patient of gastric adenocarcinoma with cervical and vaginal wall metastasis in Weihai Central Hospital affiliated to Qingdao University was now reported,and the relevant knowledge of the reproductive system metastasis of gastric cancer was reviewed in combination with the literature.
