Unconventional Oil and Gas Resources Evaluation Method and Social Benefit Evaluation

常规油气资源的开发已不能满足正常能源需求,非常规油气资源占有更高的战略地位。我国对非常规油气资源的开发还处于萌芽阶段,近年来,许多学者和专家对中国非常规油气资源的评价方法开展了系统性研究,我国也出台了相应的政策支持非常规油气资源的开发。本文通过查阅大量文献及前人的研究成果,总结描述了目前我国非常规油气资源的评价方法、非常规油气全生命周期一体化评价理念、非常规油气资源开发利用的社会效益定性化评价和定量评价。

The development of conventional oil and gas resources can no longer meet the normal energy demand,so unconventional oil and gas resources begin to occupy a higher strategic position.Although China's development of unconventional oil and gas resources is still in its infancy,in recent years,many scholars and experts have carried out systematic research on the evaluation methods of China's unconventional oil and gas resources,and the country has also issued corresponding policies to support the development of unconventional oil and gas resources.This paper summarizes and describes the current evaluation methods of unconventional oil and gas resources in China,the concept of integrated life cycle evaluation of unconventional oil and gas,and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of social benefits of the development and utilization of unconventional oil and gas resources by consulting a large number of documents and previous research results.
