摘要
计算机辅助设计(Computer-Aided Design,CAD)、计算机辅助工程(Computer-Aided Engineering,CAE)及计算机辅助制造(Computer-Aided Manufacturing,CAM)技术在模具研究设计方面是注塑模具发展过程中的重要支撑,这些技术的应用能够使得注塑模具的设计质量、水平得以提升,缩短研发周期,降低生产成本。基于此,本文针对注塑模具的技术展开了全面的研究,包括注塑模具的浇注系统设计、冷却系统设计以及数控加工等。另外,探究了如何借助Pro/E软件和建模实现数据加工编程以及模具设计,最后通过仿真模拟确定了注塑模具的NC程序,对基于Pro/E的注塑模具设计发展具有重要的参考作用。
In recent years,the field of mold research and design has been significantly impacted by advancements in computer technology,particularly in the areas of computer-aided design(CAD),computer-aided engineering(CAE),and computer-aided manufacturing(CAM).The integration of these technologies into the design process of injection molds has proven to be an essential factor in reducing research and development cycles,lowering production costs,and enhancing the overall quality of injection mold design.This paper presents a comprehensive study of injection mold technology,focusing specifically on the design of the injection mold gating system,cooling system,and computer numerical control(CNC)machining.Additionally,this paper explores methods for realizing data processing programming and mold design through the use of Pro/E software and modeling.Finally,simulation is used to determine the NC program of the injection mold,providing a valuable reference for injection mold design development based on Pro/E software.
