一种解决烟气脱硫石膏附着水偏高的方法

摘要 石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术中,经反应结晶后的石膏浆液通过排浆泵将其输送到脱水系统脱水,脱水后的石膏可以作为工业原料使用,其附着水含量具有严格的技术指标。附着水含量过高将严重影响石膏的销售,增大灰场存储压力,增加运输成本。本文分析了附着水偏高的原因,根据问题采取了相应的控制措施,最终将附着水含量控制在较经济的范围内。 In the limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology,the gypsum slurry crystallized by reaction is transported to the dehydration system for dehydration through the slurry discharge pump.The dehydrated gypsum can be used as industrial raw materials,and its attached water content has strict technical indexes.I£the content of attached water is too high,it will seriously affect the sales of gypsum,increase the storage pressure of ash yard and increase the transportation cost.This paper analyzes the causes of high attached water,takes corresponding control measures according to the problems,and finally controls the attached water content in a more economic range.
