摘要
为探究齿轮传动过程中喷油润滑冷却特性以及确定最佳喷油位置,本文以一对外啮合直齿轮为研究对象,根据齿轮传动功率损失,建立了齿轮喷油润滑流场和温度场耦合计算模型,采用流热耦合数值计算方法以及动网格技术对齿轮喷油润滑工况进行了瞬态仿真分析,得到了各喷油位置下润滑液分布情况以及齿轮本体温度分布情况,从而确定最佳喷油位置。
This paper aims to investigate the lubrication and cooling effects of oil injection during gear transmission and to identify the most effective injection position.To achieve this goal,this paper have chosen a pair of meshing gears as the research object and established a calculation model that couples the lubrication flow field and temperature field.To analyze the transient simulation,this paper utilized a heat flow coupling numerical method and dynamic grid technique.By calculating the lubrication fluid distribution and temperature distribution of the gear body at different injection positions,this paper was able to determine the optimal injection position.Results provide valuable insights into the gear transmission process and offer suggestions for optimizing the lubrication and cooling effects of oil injection.
