摘要
港口堆取料机属于高效机械,普遍用于港口装卸作业。国内很多港口在执行堆取料繁重任务时,仍采用人工控制模式或辅助半自动控制的方法,这种传统的工作模式无法保障工作效率,同时,取料的稳定性和准确性水平较低。在此前提下,自动控制系统设计将拓宽堆取料机市场,提升港口工作效率。本文将结合闭环控制原理等核心理论,完成初代系统的升级、优化,借此提升控制精度和堆取料运行效率,从源头减小堆取料操作误差。
Port stacker-reclaimer is a high-efficiency machine and is widely used in port loading and unloading operations.Many domestic ports still use manual control mode or auxiliary semi-automatic control method when carrying out heavy tasks of stacking and reclaiming.This traditional working mode cannot guarantee working efficiency,and the stability and accuracy of reclaiming are low.Under this premise,the design of automatic control system will broaden the stacker-reclaimer market and improve the port efficiency.This paper will complete the upgrading and optimization of the initial generation system based on the core theory of closed-loop control principle,so as to improve the control accuracy and the operation efficiency of stacker-reclaimer,and reduce the operation error of stacker-reclaimer from the source.
