高精度、低能耗波浪补偿液压系统在海洋船舶起重机的应用

摘要 波浪补偿液压系统通过波浪位移姿态传感装置(Motion Reference Unit,MRU)检测船体的上下位移量,同比例转化为海浪的大小,通过PLC计算输出起重机臂架机构沉降速度,并控制绞车钢丝绳的收放量。海洋船舶起重机是大型海洋工程装备,做好海洋船舶起重机控制系统是确保其安全性能的关键举措。基于海洋船舶起重机控制原理,提出高精度、低能耗波浪补偿液压系统在海洋船舶起重机的应用设计方案,并将该系统应用到大型智能化250 t海洋船舶起重机项目中,通过实证研究表明,海洋船舶起重机的高精度、低能耗波浪补偿液压系统有效提高了海上恶劣工况下的船到船、船到岸货物吊装及风电安装、海底勘探、深海下潜作业的安全稳定性。 The wave compensation hydraulic system detects the up-and-down displacement of the hull by motion reference unit(MRU),and converts it into the size of the waves in the same proportion.It calculates and outputs the settlement speed of the crane boom mechanism by PLC,and controls the amount of the winch wire rope.Marine crane is a large-scale marine engineering equipment,and it is a key measure to ensure its safety performance to do a good job in the control system of marine crane.Based on the control principle of marine ship crane,the application design scheme of high-precision and low-energy-consumption wave compensation hydraulic system in marine ship crane is put forward,and the system is applied to a large-scale intelligent 250 t marine ship crane project.The empirical research shows that the high-precision and low—energyconsumption wave compensation hydraulic system of marine ship crane effectively improves the safety and stability of ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore cargo hoisting and wind power installation,seabed exploration and deep-sea diving operations under severe sea conditions.
