伺服气动控制方法的研究和应用

摘要 球墨铸铁管产线自动化程度不断提高,在产线存在大量举升、托举、摆臂、挡拨机构,大部分要求具备精确定位功能,随着环保要求的不断提高,液压动力系统因其液压油的污染性,正逐步被更环保的动力方式代替,其中,压缩空气的气动驱动系统因其清洁性和节能性受到越来越多的重视。但是气动控制在精确定位方面一直缺乏有效手段,为提升气动控制精度,本文提供了一种基于伺服系统的气动控制思路和方法。 The automation degree of the ductile iron pipe production line is constantly improving.There are a large number of lifting,lifting,swinging arm,and blocking and shifting mechanisms in the production line,most of whith require accurate positioning.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the hydraulic power system is gradually replaced by a more environmentally friendly power mode due to the pollution of its hydraulic oil.Among them,the pneumatic drive system of compressed air is receiving more and more attention due to its cleanliness and energy conservation.However,pneumatic control has been lacking in effective means for precise positioning.This paper provides a pneumatic control idea and method based on servo system,with the goal of improving the accuracy of pneumatic control.
