摘要
汽轮机控制是燃煤电厂核心控制系统,直接关系整个机组的安全稳定运行。本文收集了某电厂汽轮机从调试至机组稳定运行期间暴露的各种典型问题和缺陷,并对其进行了详细分析,优化了汽轮机控制的运行逻辑、控制逻辑、保护逻辑等,针对可能影响机组安全运行的缺陷,提出了解决方案。
Steam turbine control is the core control system of coal-fired power plants,which is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the entire unit.This paper collects various typical problems and defects exposed during the commissioning of a power plant steam turbine from commissioning to the stable operation of the unit,analyzes them in detail,optimizes and modifies the operation logic,control logic and protection logic of the steam turbine control,and proposes solutions to the defects that may affect the safe operation of the unit.
