In electric power construction projects,project management is a very critical work,the management strategy of business projects is directly related to the construction quality of construction projects.Scientific management of electrical engineering projects is the most important prerequisite to ensure the smooth completion of engineering projects.Therefore,this paper starts from the management problem of electrical engineering,systematically analyzes it,summarizes the main problems of its management,and gives specific management countermeasures according to the specific actual situation to ensure the success of electrical engineering projects.
