摘要
基于光伏电站输出功率平滑既有控制策略的因素对平滑效果的消极影响,提出一种可以有效避免平滑效果差、提升储能系统稳定性,优化整体光伏电站储能效果的多目标控制优化策略。该控制策略在光伏电站储能系统的运行过程中能够起到抑制输出功率波动的作用,同时能够精准控制电池荷电状态(SOC)值的变化,避免运行过程中储能电池的无序冲放。能够达成提升系统运行质量、延长电池运行寿命的目的。
Based on the negative influence of factors of existing control strategies on the smoothing effect of the output power smoothing of photovoltaic power stations,a multi-objective control optimization strategy is proposed,which can effectively avoid the poor smoothing effect,improve the stability o£the energy storage system,and optimize the overall energy storage effect of photovoltaic power stations.This control strategy can suppress the output power fluctuation during the operation of the photovoltaic power storage system,and can precisely control the changes of SOC values,so as to avoid the disordered charging of the energy storage batteries during the operation.It can improve the system operation quality and prolong the battery life.
