基于实例调查的供电企业安全管理现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Safety Management in Power Supply Enterprises Based on Case Investigation

本文深入调研江苏省L市供电公司变电运行工区的安全管理体系,分析该工区安全管理体系现状,基于安全管理研究中的“四要素”理论,结合问卷调查方式,明确该供电公司工区安全管理体系中可能存在的不足之处,对于存在的实际问题展开针对性分析。最后,本文基于理论研读、实例调研以及数据分析的相关结果,提出了适用于该类变电所的安全管理实施途径,旨在规范优化目标工区变电所的安全管理体系,为后续的生产时间提供具有参考价值的研究资料。

This study conducted an in-depth investigation into the safety management system of the substation operation area of the power supply company in City L,Jiangsu Province.The study analyzed the current safety management system in the work area and identified its possible deficiencies based on the“four elements”theory and the questionnaire survey method.Furthermore,the study conducted a targeted analysis of the existing practical problems.Based on the results of the theoretical study,case study,and data analysis,the study proposed an implementation approach suitable for this type of substation's safety management.The main objective of the research is to standardize and optimize the safety management system in the target work area.The study also aims to provide research materials that can serve as a reference for subsequent production time,thereby contributing to the overall improvement of safety management systems in substation operations.
