一种基于机器视觉的校园车辆超速报警系统的设计

摘要 校园车的超速问题给校园内广大师生的人身安全带来极大的威胁,对校园车辆进行限速管理是校园车辆管理的核心部分。传统的车辆限速方法和手段存在管理效率低下、不适合校园特定行驶环境的问题。随着机器视觉技术的不断发展,基于机器视觉技术车速监测和报警已逐渐成为主流技术。文章引入机器视觉技术和深度学习技术来对校园车进行限速管理,提出了一种基于机器视觉和深度学习技术的校园车辆超速报警系统的设计方案,能够较大程度地提升车辆超速的识别速度和效率,节约硬件成本。 The overspeed problem of caucus vehicles poses a great threat to the personal safety of teachers and students on campus.Limiting the speed of campus vehicles is the core part of campus vehicles management.The traditional vehicle speed limit methods and means have the problems of low management efficiency and are not suitable for the specific driving environment on campus.With the continuous development and application of machine vision technology speed monitoring and alarm based on machine vision technology has gradually become the mainstream technology.This paper introduces machine vision technology and deep learning technology to manage the speed limit of campus vehicles,and proposes a design scheme of campus vehicles overspeed alarm system based on machine vision and deep learning technology which can greatly inprove the speed and efficiency of vehicles overspeed recognition and reduce hardware costs.
