摘要
电解铝整流供电系统中的续流问题较为复杂。电解铝制造过程中,若整流续流问题解决不好,将给整流机组稳定运行带来严重的安全隐患,甚至造成设备的重大损坏。为此,文章针对大功率电解铝供电系统展开研究,对可控硅整流特点、电解铝负载特性、反电势的形成及危害、续流问题的解决及保护进行了系统阐述。以广西某500 kA电解铝厂为例,围绕如何实现其供电系统的整流续流保护展开讨论,通过详细描述其参数计算过程,并进行相应分析,找出反电势形成的过程和数据,提出合理的预防措施,为生产过程中续流保护实践提供理论依据和借鉴。
The freewheeling problem in electrolytic aluminum rectifier power supply system is more complex.In the process of electrolytic aluminum manufacturing,if the problem of rectifier freewheeling is not solved properly it will bring serious safety hazards to the stable operation of rectifier units,and even cause major damage to equipment.Therefore,this paper studies the high-power electrolytic aluminum power supply system,and systematically expounds the characteristics of silicon controlled rectifier,the load characteristics of electrolytic aluminum,the formation and harm of back EMF,and the solution and protection of freewheeling problems.Finally taking a 500 kA electrolytic aluminum plant in Guangxi as an example,the discussion is carried out around how to realize the rectifier freewheeling protection of its power supply system.Through the detailed description of its parameter calculation process and the corresponding analysis,the process and data of the formation of the back EMF are found out,and reasonable preventive measures are proposed to provide theoretical basis and reference for the freewheeling protection practice in the production process.
