红连软膏的制作工艺研究

Study on the Manufacturing Process of Honglian Ointment

目的:研究红连软膏传统制作工艺,通过比较羊脂膏、凡士林、虫蜡、植物油等基质调和半固体状的药剂来确定药物的最佳配比,使工艺能够进一步优化,制作出更高效的中药痤疮软膏。方法:制成四种不同基质的样品,通过舒适度、耐热耐寒性、延展性、长期稳定性等实验进行质量评定,选择最合适的基质制作软膏,并在志愿者中进行临床试验。结果:通过实验结果得出红连软膏的最佳处方为:红花、黄连、黄柏、生大黄、栀子、冰片、紫草、凡士林。结论:以凡士林为基质的红连软膏处方质量稳定,临床应用效果较好,可进一步深入研究临床疗效和规模生产。

Objective:To study the traditional production process of Honglian ointment,and determine the optimal proportion of drugs by comparing the substrates and semi-solid reagents such as lanolin,vaseline,insect wax,vegetable oil and etc.,so that the process can be further optimized to produce a more efficient traditional Chinese medicine acne ointment.Methods:Four samples of different substrates were made,quality evaluation was carried out through experiments such as comfbrtble level,heat and cold resistance,ductility long-term stability the most suitable substrate was selected to make ointment,and clinical trials were carried out among volunteers.Results:According to the experimental results,the best prescription of Honglian ointment is:safflower,coptis chinensis,phellodendron amurense,raw rhubarb,gardenia,borneol,amebia,vaseline..Conclusion:The prescription of Honglian ointment based on vaseline is stable in quality and has good clinical application effect.It can further study the clinical efficacy and scale production.
