陕西省绿色金融发展的现状及建议

Present situation and suggestion of green finance development in Shaanxi province

绿色发展是我国生态文明建设的必然要求,陕西省长久以来都是以能源化工等重污染的第二产业为经济发展的主要支柱之一,总体绿色金融意识淡薄、金融市场发展相对滞后且创新性不足、相关法律法规不完备、经济结构失衡等问题突出,严重制约着陕西省绿色金融的进一步发展。推进陕西省绿色金融的可持续发展,一是要建立健全相关配套政策;二是要开发特色绿色金融产品与业务;三是要满足企业在发展绿色信贷方面的需求,健全定价机制;四是要调整产业结构,提高第三产业占比。

Green development is the inevitable requirement of ecological civilization construction.Shaanxi province has long been taking energy,chemical and other high pollution secondary industry as one of the main pillars of economic development.The overall green financial consciousness is weak,the development of financial market is relatively backward and the innovation is insufficient,the relevant laws and regulations are incomplete,the economic structure is unbalanced and other prominent problems.It seriously restricts the further development of green finance in Shaanxi province.To promote the sustainable development of green finance in Shaanxi province,firstly,we should establish and improve relevant supporting policies;second,to develop characteristic green financial products and services;third,we should support the demand of enterprises in developing green credit and improve the pricing mechanism;fourth,we will adjust the industrial structure and increase the proportion of the tertiary industry.
