建筑工程企业会计集中核算中的财务管理问题分析

Analysis of financial management issues in centralized accounting of construction engineering enterprises

我国经济水平的不断提升,推动了建筑工程企业的发展,也对企业财务管理提出了更高的要求与标准。因此,建筑工程企业应将会计集中核算放在重要位置,积极做好企业的财务管理工作,推动企业经济效益不断提升。基于此,文章阐述了会计集中核算中实施财务管理的重要性,又针对财务管理中存在的管理职责不清、管理制度不健全、管理人员素质有待提升等问题进行了研究与分析,并提出了合理的应对措施,以期为相关人员提供一些帮助。

The continuous improvement of China's economic level has promoted the development of construction engineering enterprises,and put forward higher requirements and standards for enterprise management.Construction engineering enterprises should put the centralized accounting in an important position,actively do a good job in the financial management of enterprises,and promote the continuous improvement of economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of implementing financial management in centralized accounting,studies and analyzes the problems of unclear management responsibilities,imperfect management system,and quality of management personnel to be improved in financial management,and gives reasonable counter-measures,in order to provide some help for relevant personnel.
