In recent years,short video has made good progress in the field of new media because of its its simple production method,more production materials and wide dissemination,and its mode of using audience's fragmented time to browse quickly is more in line with people's entertainment nowadays.However,unauthorized editing and transporting of others'copyrighted film and television works and unauthorized adaptation and abuse are common,which have led to a large number of copyright infringement disputes.This article introduces the current situation of copyright infringement disputes in the field of short videos by searching relevant adjudication documents,lists the specific forms of the most common secondary editing short videos in reality,analyzes from the analysis of the nature of short videos to the analysis of inf ringement determination,makes a detailed analysis of the definition of originality of works and the definition of fair use of works in the field of copyright,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions on the protection of copyright of film and television works.
