乡村振兴中农村留守妇女多重角色演变的机遇与挑战及其应对

摘要 乡村振兴中农村留守妇女多重角色扮演既有传承又有变迁,她们在家庭角色有效扮演的同时,拥有了进入公共领域拓展更多社会角色的机遇和条件。家庭领域层面,农村留守妇女继续传承在家庭生命周期不同时段的家庭角色的扮演,但其主体选择性和角色扮演的环境条件有了发展变化。公共领域层面,社会参与的角色逐渐得到留守妇女的重视,她们在多重自致角色的承担和创造中促进自我成长,其社会角色中的弱势形象和依赖性有了一定改变。乡村振兴中农村留守妇女多重角色扮演的过程是充满机遇和挑战的角色创造过程,但角色扮演新要求与农村留守妇女现实的主体条件特征仍存在一定的落差,存在一定程度的角色内部冲突和角色之间的冲突。因此,要为农村留守妇女多重角色扮演提供一定社会支持,帮助其成长为参与乡村振兴的主体力量。 With the development of rural revitalization,Left-behind women in rural areas play an important role in social and family life.While effectively playing their family roles,they have more opportunities to enter public sphere and play more social roles.In their family,left-behind women continue to inherit the family role while their subject selectivity and the environmental conditions around them have been fundamentally changed.In the public sphere,left-behind women pay more attention to the role of social participation.They promote their self-growth through taking multiple roles.The image of the weak and the dependent in their social roles have been changed to some extent.The multi-role-playing process of rural left-behind women in rural revitalization is a role creation process full of opportunities and challenges.There is a certain gap between the new requirements of role playing and the subject conditions of left-behind women so that there exists a certain intra-role as well as inter-role conflict.Therefore,it is necessary to provide certain social support for rural left-behind women to play multiple roles and help them grow into the main force in rural revitalization.
