摘要
利用Ansys软件对4种新型腕臂结构的典型工点安装进行静力学特性分析,进行工作荷载下刚度、强度、稳定性校核。在此基础上,针对简统化腕臂定位装置中零部件的典型连接方式,采用Solidworks软件模拟分析组合承力索座、组合定位环、斜定位立柱在典型受力情况下的变形及应力分布。结果表明:现有4种腕臂结构在典型受力情况下均能满足铁路标准中规定的静力校核要求;单个零部件的有限元仿真分析验证了简统化腕臂结构设计的合理性,满足实际工程需要;斜定位立柱也能为小限界正定位安装提供更多空间。本研究为形成简统化腕臂定位装置标准化安装参考图提供理论基础及参考。
Ansys software is used to analyze the characteristics of static force for the typical working point assembling of 4 kings of new type cantilever structures,calibrate the rigidness,roughness and stability under working load.On this basis,software of Solidworks is used to simulate and analyze the deformation and stress distribution of the composite messenger wire support clamp,composite registration ring,skew registration drop tube under typical stress conditions.The results show that all four existing cantilevers can meet the static verification requirements specified in railway standards under typical stress conditions.The finite element simulation analysis of a single fitting verifies the rationality of the simplified and unified cantilever structure design,which meets the actual engineering requirements;skew registration drop tube is also able to provide more space for installation of pull off supports under minor clearance.The study provides a theoretical basis and reference for the formation of standardized installation diagrams for the simplified and unified cantilever structures.
