摘要 结合我国高速铁路发展现状总结了接触网铝合金腕臂的结构特点,分析了现阶段铝合金腕臂预配现状及存在的问题,研究了铝合金腕臂自动化预配生产线,并对预配过程关键技术及重难点问题进行阐述,经实践推广应用验证了自动化生产线的优势,并结合我国目前现状提出了铝合金腕臂自动化预配产业化布局及腕臂预配集约化发展的构想。 In connection to the state of development of high-speed railway in China,the paper summaries the structural characteristics of OCS aluminum alloy cantilevers,analyzes the current state and existing problems for pre-assembly of OCS aluminum alloy cantilevers,studies the automatic pre-assembly production lines for aluminum alloy cantilevers,and illustrates the key technologies and key difficulties for the pre-assembly process,whose advantages of the automatic production line has been verified through its practical exercise,promotion and application.The paper puts forward suggestions on industrial allocation and intensive development for pre-assembly of aluminum alloy cantilevers with reference to its current state in China.
