论上海商业储蓄银行的商业网络展开(1915-1937)

The Commercial Network Development of the Shanghai Commercial&Savings Bank:1915-1937

本文以上海商业储蓄银行(以下简称上海银行)为研究对象,试对其商业网络展开的过程做实证性的考察。学界对于国民政府时期的上海银行关注度较高,而对于北洋政府时期,即政府对金融的统制相对较弱、自由金融时代下上海银行的创设经过和发展状况却缺乏深入研究。1915年至1926年的11年间,上海银行通过自身的经营努力和银行同业的互助合作,奠定了坚实的经营基础。1927年南京国民政府成立,上海银行总经理陈光甫对蒋介石押宝成功,上海银行快速地在全国建立商业网络,甚至跨越国界将其延伸到了东亚和东南亚。本文分三个时期(1915~1921年,1922~1926年,1927~1937年)进行阶段探讨,重点关注上海银行的主要业务内容的变化以及追踪其商业网络建设的动态过程,探明上海银行在自由金融市场和金融统制两种截然不同的环境下的因应之策。在构建商业网络的过程中,陈光甫的社会关系、经济关系、文化关系网如何发挥重大作用也是本文的关注点。

This paper empirically examines the network development process of the Shanghai Commercial&Savings Bank(Shanghai Bank),Shang-hai Bank was founded in 1915 by K.P CHEN who was Shanghai Bank's first gen-eral manager.Academic interest in Shanghai Bank during the National Govern-ment period is high,the financial control of the government during the Beiyang Government period is relatively weak,and there is a lack of research on the history and development of Shanghai Bank during the era of free finance.For 11 years,from 1915 to 1926,Shanghai Bank built a stable management foundation through its own management initiatives and mutual assistance among banks:With the es-tablishment of the Nationalist government in 1927,Shanghai Bank rapidly estab-lished a nationwide commercial network that spread across its borders to East Asia and Southeast Asia.In order to clarify Shanghai Bank's response to the complete-ly different environment of free finance and financial control,I will analyse chan-ges in the main business of Shanghai Bank and trends in the development of busi-ness networks to'track these changes over three period(1915-1921,1922-1926,1927-1937).It is also important to note how K.P.Chen's social,eco-nomic,and cultural networks play an important role in the construction of busi-ness networks.
