文中研发了一种混凝土试件成型装置,成型时可将数块试模固定在混凝土振动台上,使试模随振动台频率震动,以保证混凝土试件成型的均匀性、一致性,从而减小混凝土试块检测结果的离散性。该装置可达到磁力振动台固定铸铁试模的效果,能够有效保证混凝土成型质量,具备较高的推广价值。

Several pieces of test mold can be fixed on the concrete vibration table when molding concrete cubes by the concrete test specimen molding device.So that test molds can be vibrated with vibration table frequency which can ensure the uniformity of concrete specimen,and it benefit to reduce the dispersion of concrete test results.The device can achieve the effect of fixed cast iron test die of magnetic vibration platform,which can effectively ensure the quality of concrete forming,and has a high promotion value.
