基于不同标准的某自建房结构安全鉴定分析

Safety Appraisal Analysis of a Self-built Building Structure based on Different Standards

文中以某自建房为例,分别采用JGJ 125-2016《危险房屋鉴定标准》与GB 50292-2015《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》进行结构安全鉴定评级,其评级结果不同。文中分析评级结果不同的原因,并对两标准在鉴定工作和全国自建房安全专项整治工作方面的应用提出了相关建议。

Taking a self-built house as an example,in this paper,the structural safety appraisal and rating are carried out respectively by adopting the Appraisal Standard for Dangerous Houses(JGJ 125-2016)and the Appraisal Standard for the Reliability of Civil Buildings(GB 50292-2015),and the rating results are different.In this paper,the reasons for the different rating results are analyzed,and relevant suggestions are put forward for the identification work of the two standards and the special rectification work of the national self built housing safety.
