摘要
承插型盘扣式支撑架已成为模板支撑体系的主流形式之一,但由于产品规格尺寸限制,其应用于异形结构时显得灵活性不足,需对施工方案进行精心设计。文中以北京CBD核心区地下空间项目中采用的密肋梁模架施工为例,介绍了承插型盘扣式支撑架在此类结构中的应用情况,包括模架支撑体系的选择、主要材料的选择、对密肋梁结构模架搭设的处理方式、模架构造措施以及计算方法。
At present,the socket type disk lock shoring scaffold has become one of the mainstream forms of the formwork support system.However,due to the limitation of product specifications and dimensions,it is not flexible enough when facing the special-shaped structure.Therefore,the construction scheme needs to be well designed.Taking the construction of multi ribbed beam formwork in the underground space project of Beijing CBD core area as an example,this paper introduces the application of the socket type disk lock shoring scaffold in this kind of structure,including the selection of scaffold bracing system,the selection of main materials,the treatment of setting up the formwork system of the multi ribbed beam,the construction measures of the formwork and the method of force calculation.
