摘要
文中阐述了预应力高强混凝土管桩采用引孔法施工出现的问题—管桩入土深度小于引孔深度,分析了引孔后管桩入土未及孔底的原因,制定并实施对于引孔后预制管桩进行袖阀管注浆的加固处理方案。经检测结果显示,袖阀管注浆技术可有效解决引孔后管桩施工出现的此类问题,对桩底沉渣及桩周松弱土体具有显著的加固作用,可规避桩身承载力无法满足设计要求的风险。
In this paper,the problems occurred in the construction of pre-stressed high-strength concrete pipe piles by the method of pilot hole-the depth of pipe piles into the soil is less than the depth of pilot hole,the reasons why the pipe piles do not reach the hole bottom after pilot hole are analyzed,and the reinforcement treatment plan of sleeve valve pipe grouting for the prefabricated pipe piles after pilot hole is formulated and implemented.The test results show that sleeve valve pipe grouting technology can effectively solve such problems in the construction of pipe piles after the pilot hole,has a significant reinforcement effect on the sediment at the bottom of the pile and the loose and weak soil around the pile,and can avoid the risk that the bearing capacity of the pile body cannot meet the design requirements.
