土压平衡盾构渣土工厂规模化处理与效益分析

摘要 文中针对土压平衡盾构施工过程中产生的大量废弃渣土,提出了一种资源化处理工艺,具体表现在渣土运输过程中的预处理及后续工厂规模化处理两方面。文中结合长沙地铁5号线工程应用实例,通过直接成本分析、社会效益分析,对比研究了该工艺与传统废弃渣土处理方法的区别。结果表明,经过资源化利用处理以后的废弃渣土固化物,可以形成既能满足强度要求,又能符合环保指标的免烧砖。该资源化处理方法应用于长沙地铁5号线6个区间的工程实践中,获得了2276.128万元的经济效益,同时具有较好的社会效益与环保效益。 In view of the large amount of waste soil generated in the construction process of soil pressure balanced shield,a resource treatment process is provided,which is embodied in the pretreatment of waste soil transportation and the subsequent large-scale treatment in the factory.Combining with the application example of Changsha Metro Line 5,the difference between this process and the traditional waste soil treatment method is studied through direct cost analysis and social benefit analysis.The results show that the waste residue solidified after the resource utilization treatment can form the unfired brick which can meet both the strength requirements and environmental indexes.This recycling treatment method was applied to the engineering practice of six sections of Changsha Metro Line 5,and the economic benefit of 227.6128 million yuan was obtained,as well as good social and environmental benefits.
