建筑结构优化设计与工程造价的关系探讨

由于人们对建筑质量与功能需求的提升,工程造价成本也在急剧增加,因此研究建筑结构优化设计与工程造价间的关系就成了当务之急。文中在研究建筑架构设计及其对工程造价影响的作用上,分别从建筑功能设计、建筑抗震设计、建筑高度设计三方面进行分析,根据结果对平衡结构优化和造价有效措施进行探讨,利用合理行政手段,完善建筑设计管理制度;优化抗震荷载量,做好建筑结构抗震设计;减少建筑钢材的使用量,优化建筑结构设计方案。

As people's demand for building quality and function increases,the cost of construction is also increasing sharply.Therefore,it is urgent to study the relationship between the optimal design of building structure and the cost of construction.In the study of architectural structure design and its impact on project cost,the paper analyzes the three aspects of architectural function design,architectural seismic design,and architectural height design,discusses the effective measures for balancing structural optimization and cost based on the results,and uses reasonable administrative means to improve the architectural design management system;Optimize the seismic load and do a good job in the seismic design of building structures;Reduce the use of building steel and optimize the design scheme of building structure.
