This paper mainly analyzes the methods of optimizing the project cost by construction organization design,and analyzes the impact of construction organization design on the project cost by combining with actual cases.The results show that the optimized design of construction organization has a significant impact on the project cost and can effectively reduce the project cost.Relevant research conclusions can provide reference for the cost control of similar engineering projects.
