关于动物实验的PK-PD模型对中药研究的思考

Reflections on PK-PD model based on animal experiments for study of Chinese medicine

结合动物实验建立PK-PD模型是中药基础性研究的重要工具,对中药现代化发展具有重要价值。文章综述了基于动物实验建立PK-PD模型对中药单体成分、单味中药及复方等研究的贡献,讨论了PK-PD模型的动物实验方案中关于PK成分指标的选择及其检测方法、PD指标选择及其采样方式等重点问题,评价了PK、PD及PK-PD结合模型的分析方法,为PK-PD模型研究更好地适应中药多成分多靶点的特点提供一定的参考,并对PK-PD模型的中药研究进行了展望,提出关于PK-PD模型的中药研究需进一步完善的内容。

The establishment of PK-PD model in combination with animal experiments is an important tool for fundamental research in traditional Chinese medicine and is of great value to the development of modernization of Chinese medicine.The article reviews the contribution of establishing PK-PD models based on animal experiments to the research of single components,single herbal medicines and compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,discusses key issues in the animal experimental protocols of PK-PD models regarding the selection of PK component indicators and their detection methods,the selection of PD indicators and their sampling methods.The analytical methods of PK,PD and PK-PD models were evaluated to provide some reference for PK-PD models research to better adapt to the multi-component and multi-target characteristics of Chinese medicine.It also provides an outlook on the research on PK-PD model of Chinese medicine,and proposes the content of further improvement on the research on PK-PD model of Chinese medicine.
