Research Progress on the Pharmacological Action of α-Bisabolol

检索国内外近年来α-红没药醇药理作用的相关文献,对其体内外药理活性进行概述,以期为促进α-红没药醇的新药研发应用提供新的思路。α-红没药醇是菊科植物洋甘菊的主要活性成分之一,其具有良好的抗炎、抗肿瘤、镇痛、抗寄生虫、抗阿尔茨海默病、保护肾脏和保护心肌等多重药理活性,其作用机制主要为降低炎症因子表达、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、调控神经性疼痛等。

In order to provide new ideas for promoting the research and development ofα-Bisabolol,the relevant literatures on the pharmacological effects ofα-Bisabolol in recent years at home and abroad were searched,and the pharmacological activities ofα-Bisabolol in vitro and in vivo were summarized.α-Bisabolol is one of the main active components of compositae chamomile,it has multiple pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,analgesic action,anti-parasite,anti-Alzheimer's disease,kidney protection and myocardial protection.Its mechanism of action is mainly to reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,induce apoptosis of tumor cells,regulate neuropathic pain and so on.
