中医药科普活动评价体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Science Popularization Activity

目的构建中医药科普活动评价体系。方法采用文献分析法和德尔菲法确定中医药科普活动评价指标,采用群组决策特征根法计算指标权重;结合某三甲医院的科普工作实践,采用层差法为评价指标赋分。将构建的中医药科普活动评价体系应用于推文类、讲座类、视频类、展览类及与电视台合作开展的科普活动的评价。结果从科普内容、科普过程和科普效益3个一级指标出发,建立了包含7个二级指标和27个三级指标的中医药科普活动评价体系,并确定了指标权重与赋分。该评价体系在5项科普活动中的应用效果良好,科普活动得到了充分的梳理复盘,同时实现了科普活动评价的数据化与可视化。结论构建的中医药科普活动评价体系优化了科普活动的质量控制标准,推动了中医药健康领域科普工作的开展。

Objective To construct an evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)science popularization activities.Methods The literature analysis method and Delphi method were used to determine the evaluation indexes of TCM science popularization activities,and the group eigenvalue method was used to calculate the index weight.Based on the practice of science popularization work in a Grade 3A hospital,the hierarchical difference method was used to assign scores to the evaluation indexes.The constructed evaluation system of TCM science popularization activities was applied to the evaluation of science popularization activities such as articles,lectures,videos,exhibitions,and activities carried out in collaboration with television stations,etc.Results A evaluation system of TCM science popularization activities consisting of three primary indexes(science popularization content,science popularization process,and science popularization benefit),seven secondary indexes and twenty-seven tertiary indexes were established,and the weights and scores of the indexes were determined.The evaluation system has been well applied in five science popularization activities,and the science popularization activities have been fully organized and reviewed.Meanwhile,it has realized the digitization and visualization of science popularization activity evaluation.Conclusion The constructed evaluation system of TCM science popularization activities has optimized the quality control standards of science popularization activities and promoted the development of science popularization work in the field of TCM and health.
