基于VAR模型的沟域经济促进县域可持续发展研究——以洛阳市孟津、偃师两县区为例

Research on the Promotion of Sustainable Development of County by Gully Economy——Taking Mengjin and Yanshi Counties in Luoyang City as Examples

推动沟域经济高质量发展已成为洛阳市促进县域经济可持续发展的有效途径。本文运用CiteSpace软件分析2009—2020年沟域经济文献,选取洛阳市孟津、偃师沟域经济与县域发展的相关指标,建立VAR模型,实证探究沟域经济对县域可持续发展的影响。研究表明,沟域经济发展促进县域可持续发展的路径存在差异,孟津沟域经济发展的生态改善功能显著促进了县域发展;偃师沟域经济发展则从生态和经济2个方面促进县域发展,传导机制是人力资源配置优化、劳动生产效率提高、退耕还林、村民收入提高。因此,促进县域可持续发展要因地制宜发展沟域经济,发挥生态、人力资本等要素禀赋优势,促进生态和经济有效结合。

Promoting the high-quality development of the gully economy has become an effective way for Luoyang to promote the sustainable development of the county economy.This paper uses CiteSpace software to analyze the gully economic literature from 2009 to 2020,selects the relevant indicators of the gully economy and county development in Mengjin and Yanshi,Luoyang,and establishes the VAR model to empirically explore the impact of the gully economy on the sustainable development of the county.The result shows that there are differences in the path of economic development in the gully to promote the sustainable development of the county.The ecological improvement function of the economic development of the Mengjin gully significantly promotes the development of the county.The economic development of the Yanshi gully promotes the development of the county from both ecological and economic aspects.The mechanism is to optimize the allocation of human resources,improve labor productivity,return farmland to forests,and increase the income of villagers.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable development of counties,it is necessary to develop the gully economy according to local conditions,give full play to the advantages of ecological,human capital and other factor endowments,and promote the effective combination of ecology and economy.
