吉林省农村居民夏季饮水状况分析

Analysis of Rural Residents'Drinking Water in Summer in Jilin Province

目的了解吉林省农村居民的夏季饮水现状,为进一步指导农村居民健康饮水提供参考。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取吉林省东、中、西部地区的农村15~75岁常住居民共2296人进行问卷调查。结果吉林省农村居民夏季每日直接饮水量的中位数为1400ml,男性居民每日饮水量多于女性居民,农民比非农民的每日饮水量多,60~75岁人群的每日饮水量较少;相比于生活在东、西部地区的居民,生活在中部地区的居民每日饮水量最少(均P<0.05)。有47.04%的农村居民每日饮水达到推荐标准,有56.85%的人“感到口渴后才喝水”。结论吉林省农村居民夏季每日的直接饮水量偏低,饮水达标率有待提高。建议进一步加强饮水健康知识教育,宣传科学的饮水方式。

Objective To understand the current situation of rural residents'drinking water in summer in Jilin Province,and provide reference for further guidance of rural residents'healthy drinking water.Methods A total of 2296 rural residents aged 15 to 75 in the eastern,central and western regions of Jilin Province were selected by multistage random sampling survey.Results The median daily direct water consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province in summer was 1400ml.The daily water consumption of male residents was more than that of female residents.The daily water consumption of farmers was more than that of non-farmers.The daily water consumption of people aged 60 to 75 was less.Compared with residents living in the eastern and western regions,the daily water consumption of residents living in the central region was the least(all P<0.05).Amount of 47.04%of rural residents meet the recommended standard for daily drinking water.56.85%of the people"drink water only after feeling thirsty".Conclusion The daily direct water consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province is low in summer,and the rate of reaching the standard of drinking water needs to be improved.It is suggested to further strengthen the education of drinking water health knowledge and publicize scientific drinking water methods.
